As I walked the trail it was fun to see how people were entertaining themselves. It was definately a party atmosphere and while individuals were fairly animated, most were able to avoid being offensive, which can be the case when thousands of young adults are drinking in an overcrowded space. I'm not sure how many people at the beach were locals and how many were on vacation. I just know they were all there to have a good time and enjoy the Southern California lifestyle.
