Next, I decided to go explore Oklahoma City's downtown landscape. Here, I found a pleasant mix of both new and old structures. There were several classic stone towers strewn amongst a collection of recently constructed modern facilities, each varying in size, shape and material. Oklahoma City seemed to have an urban core that was keeping pace with the rest of the world, while hanging on to some of it's nicer historical elements.
